Booking Details of Jinnnah Avenue Commercial

Booking of (JAC) Jinnnah Avenue Commercial plots started till 12th June 2015. There were very limited numbers of commercial plots of 500 Sq.Yards in Jinnah Avenue Commercial.

  • People could obtain booking forms from Bahria Town Offices.
  • They were to submit booking forms along with Down Payment.
  • Down payment was 2.25 Crore Rupees in Favor of BTK
  • Registration forms would be submitted along with the booking form.

Plot Size and Price in JAC

It was said that Bahria Town Karachi Jinnah Avenue Commercial (BTKJAC) plots would be expensive and quite large. Supposed size of these plots would be 500 Sq. Yards (about 1 Kanal). Its price would be (140 millions) or 14 crore rupees. Down payment amount of JAC plot would be 2 crore and 25 lacs (22.5 millions) rupees that was required to be submitted on booking. It was also supposed that its installment would be up to 4 or 5 years because payable amount to very huge


Advanced Registrations of JAC

Dealers started selling forms in advanced as bookings for about 50 thousand rupees per form. The price decreased to even less than 15000 rupees afterwards. This is just the gimmickry of dealers who know how to decrease or increase the price of plot in any sector


Designated Bank Branches for JAC

Few UBL branches in Bahria Town were designated where registration forms could be obtained and submitted. If someone was looking to register himself for this project, he would visit either Bahria Town’s Office in BTK or visit UBL branches in Islamabad, Rawalpindi or Lahore. Discouraging Factor for Investors

On the other hand, expected price of this project is a major factor of discouragement for investors. Many people changed their mind after they knew that they shall have to pay 30 million rupees as down payment. This was not possible for 90% of even potential buyers. So many people thought it useless to get membership after paying 1 lac Pakistani rupees. Processing fee was 10,000 rupees (non-refundable) In fact, this wasn’t a successful strategy because response was not as it was expected, that is why prices of forms decreased badly.
