RMRSCO Private Limited has involved DM&R (Disaster Management & Reconstruction) Division of NESPAK for developing “Rudn Enclave Housing Scheme”.

Rudn Enclave NESPAK Agreement

The scope of work involves master planning, seismic hazard micro-zonation, detailed design. It also includes preparation of documents (bidding) of about 10,000 kanal areas.  The contract was signed between Rudn Enclave and NESPAK on 1st January 2020. Contract period agreed upon is 24 months


Rudn Enclave NOC Status

This is the most important question for any buyer or investor and you must ask it before taking any initiative. No doubt, Rudn Enclave is a newly launched housing project in Rawalpindi. Rudn Enclave will also need a bit time to receive the final signals (approval of this project) from RDA (the Rawalpindi Development Authority). Location of Rudn Enclave

Rudn Enclave is located on Adyala Road (in Moza Khasala Khurd which is adjacent to Khasala Dam) Rawalpindi. This prime location is easily accessible via Saddar, Chakri Road and Bahria Town Phase 8 Extension. Rudn Enclave ideally lies between two dams, i.e. Jawa Dam and Khasala Dam. Regular development work will commence after preconditions are fulfilled. At the time, this project is in the pre-launch phase, it will take some time to have a glimpse of actual and proper development work on the grounds

Rudn Enclave has issued partial maps of Block A to Block G. As it is clear from the project, the Blocks A, F, C and G are residential blocks. These blocks comprise 5 Marla to 1 Kanal residential plots. Areas of commercial plots are 4 Marla, 8 Marla and 1 Kanal. In Rudn Enclave, block B is reserved for villas. These villas will be sold out after some development. D and E blocks are reserved for farm houses, comprising 4 kanal and 8 kanal farm houses. These blocks have commercial plots as well


Street and Road Sizes in Rudn Enclave

In Rudn Enclave, minimum size of a street is 30 feet. Minimum size of road is 60 feet. Main roads, RC, are 200 feet wide. Details of Executive Block

Executive Block of Rudn Enclave is a freshly launched residential block on the side of Adyala Road. Executive Block stretches between Adyala Road and Jawa Dam. Executive Block will be connected Ring Road and General Block via an internal 200 Ft. wide main road (a main boulevard that will connect both the areas).
